Between Brazil and Mexico City, Brazilian model Isabela Vianna transforms her international journey into a narrative that blends aesthetics, identity, and spirituality—proving that true beauty goes far beyond what meets the eye. She represents a new generation of women who seek beauty with purpose. Her move abroad was not only geographical, but deeply internal. Leaving Brazil meant stepping through different versions of herself—deconstructing expectations and rebuilding her identity in a new environment. In a vibrant and intense city, she found not only opportunities, but also depth.
Your journey is striking. How did it all begin?
It was a process that required a lot of courage. Leaving my country and my comfort zone pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined. At first, I faced challenges—especially as a foreigner—but those experiences ultimately strengthened my identity. Today, I carry a piece of Brazil with me in everything I do, and that has become one of my greatest differentiators. The real turning point came when I realized I needed to trust myself more and stop seeking external validation.
You combine the world of fashion with spirituality. How did that connection come into your life?
Fashion has always been part of my life, but there came a moment when I felt the need for something deeper. Spirituality entered as a path of self-discovery. Now I see that my external image and my inner world walk hand in hand—it’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about energy and presence. The way we express ourselves outwardly is a direct reflection of what we carry within.
In such an appearance-driven industry, how do you maintain your inner balance?
It has been—and still is—a process. The fashion world can be very demanding, so I’ve learned not to base my worth solely on appearance. I take care of my energy, my thoughts, and my emotional well-being. When you are aligned internally, it naturally reflects in your presence—and that is something people always notice.
Is there still prejudice when talking about spirituality in the fashion industry?
There is still some, mainly because it’s a topic many people don’t fully understand. But I do see that changing. People are becoming more open to looking inward, and I believe I can contribute by sharing this perspective in a light and authentic way.
What message would you give to those who dream of living abroad and pursuing an international career?
Have the courage to start—even when you feel afraid. Living abroad is not easy, but it is deeply transformative. And never forget who you are and where you come from—that can be exactly what sets you apart in the world. Don’t limit yourself to just one version of who you can be. You can be everything: strong, sensitive, beautiful, and deep. True beauty comes from within—and when you connect with who you truly are, it radiates in a way no one can ignore.
