Argyro Iro, from beauty queen to entrepreneur, artist, and influencer, your journey spans multiple worlds. What inspired you to explore and excel in so many different fields?
I’ve always believed that a woman should never be confined to a single identity. Winning Miss World Top Model 2018 opened many doors, but I didn’t want to be remembered only for a crown. My passions in wellness, sports, business, music, and film all connect through one core purpose: to inspire and to create. Whether I’m building a brand, releasing music, or acting, my aim is to leave something meaningful, something that empowers people to dream bigger.
As the face of Maison Tatiana 7, how do you connect personally with the brand’s philosophy?
Maison Tatiana 7 is not just a perfume house. It’s a storyteller. Every scent carries emotion, power, and memory, and that resonates deeply with me. My favourite blends are those with a touch of oud and roses; they remind me of my own contrasts: soft yet assertive, classic yet ever-evolving. The fragrance I’m describing is The 7 Lucky Roses, a scent that perfectly captures this balance and reflects the brand’s philosophy of elegance with soul.
Your single “Reina” reached No. 1 on the radio in Saudi Arabia — a first for a Greek female artist. What do you think made the song connect so strongly with audiences?
Reina was born from a place of confidence and self-worth. It blends international pop with Mediterranean and Arabic influences, making it culturally relatable while still sounding fresh. I think listeners felt both the emotion and the empowerment in the lyrics, and they could dance to it while also feeling inspired.
You’ve also ventured into acting, with an upcoming Netflix film. How does performing on screen differ from your work in music or modelling?
Acting allows me to disappear into another character’s world, whereas music is deeply personal: it’s my own emotions and stories on display. Modelling is about capturing visual perfection in a single moment. In acting, the beauty lies in imperfection, in showing vulnerability, rawness, and truth. I love that it challenges me to express myself in completely new ways.
Many people see your life as glamorous, yet you often speak about faith and divine timing. How has this shaped your journey?
Faith is my anchor. In an industry full of noise, competition, and constant movement, my belief in God keeps me grounded and patient. I’ve learned that everything happens at the right time, not when we want it, but when we’re ready for it. That’s why I try to balance ambition with stillness, trusting that the right opportunities will always find me when I’m aligned with my purpose. I know many people today struggle to believe, but I have seen firsthand how His love and guidance can transform a life and bring peace. That’s why I speak openly about my faith, to remind others that no matter how modern the world becomes, we should never lose faith, and we should always trust God.
You inspire many women to know their worth in relationships. What is your perspective on love and the kind of partner you choose to share your life with?
For me, love is about harmony: two people walking through life together, sharing dreams, and creating a beautiful future. I value a man who cherishes my ambitions, makes me feel safe, and brings out my most feminine, joyful self. I’m naturally someone who loves creating a peaceful home, caring for my family, and raising children with love and values. I believe the right partner is one who makes you feel adored, protected, and inspired, so together you can grow in love, faith, and joy.
People are always curious about the personal lives of public figures. What’s the biggest misconception people have about you?
One of the biggest misconceptions is that my life is perfect simply because it looks glamorous on social media. What people don’t see are the sleepless nights, the quiet battles, and the moments when I’ve had to find my strength in silence. I’ve faced challenges, setbacks, and lessons: the difference is that I choose to focus on the light and share the beauty. I believe the world already has enough negativity. What we put out into the world has the power to shape it, and I want my contribution to inspire, uplift, bring hope and to remind others that no one’s opinion should define your path.
