Emiliana Duclos is a woman who refuses to be confined by labels. An entrepreneur, creative force, and unapologetic visionary, she seamlessly blends sensuality with strength, elegance with authenticity. Emiliana shares her philosophy, rituals, and the courage it takes to love oneself entirely.
Your photo style on Instagram is very expressive. Where do you feel the most free — on stage, in front of the camera, or in real life?
Since I was very young, I’ve felt completely at ease with myself — my body, my personality, and my essence. I always knew I was different because I didn’t care what others thought or said about me. The way I express myself is also a way of connecting with who I am and what I carry within.
I feel comfortable in my own skin, whatever the setting. My intention is to show that it is possible to be both sensual and comfortable in your body without being vulgar — to remain aesthetic and elegant.
What I do, I consider art, and it fulfils me because it is my passion. To answer the question: I feel happy and free anywhere, because that is how I feel within myself.
Tell us about your business and the most unconventional decision you’ve ever made in your career. How did it affect you?
My ventures reflect my relentless desire to grow — I am always seeking new opportunities to stand out in what I do. My passion runs through every aspect of my life, and everything I create comes from that place.
It has not been easy in a patriarchal world, where I have been harshly judged for wanting to be a businesswoman while also expressing myself on social media as I do.
But that never stopped me — in my mind, there is only success ahead, as long as I remain true to myself.
What do you consider your greatest strength — your determination, or perhaps your ability to love?
My greatest strength is my determination — once I set my mind on something, I will not stop until I achieve it.
My purpose is to leave a mark on this world, particularly for women — for those of us who have been told what to do and how to be.
I want to show that there are other paths, and that we are far more than just a pretty face or a sculpted body. Women carry gifts that are often overlooked — sensuality, seduction, intuition — all intrinsic to who we are.
I want to show that these qualities can be embraced and integrated into success. It is about knowing your strengths and learning how to use them to your advantage.
You describe yourself as a businesswoman and a visionary. What does your morning look like? Do you have any personal rituals that help you stay focused and in flow?
What matters most is connection with oneself. As you said, having small rituals helps us feel empowered.
Each morning, I look at myself in the mirror and remind myself that I am doing the best I can. I ask, “What can I do for you today to make your day better?” I tell myself how good, intelligent, and extraordinary I have been. Self-praise is essential — self-love is a cornerstone of this entire journey.
Eating well, working out, and keeping a dream journal are vital to me. I write everything I want to achieve in the present tense, and the beautiful thing is that after writing, I always feel closer to making those dreams a reality. I truly believe this practice draws me nearer to my goals.
You’ve mentioned that you’re learning to love yourself through acceptance. What has been the most difficult part of that journey?
The hardest part is facing the darkest sides of yourself — the parts you do not like — and still choosing to love them.
It is about understanding that we are a blend of light and shadow. We are imperfect human beings, simply trying to give the best of ourselves.
I strive to understand and be compassionate with myself, to support myself through the process — after all, the relationship we have with ourselves is the longest one we will ever have in this life.
