In this exclusive interview, we have the pleasure of speaking with Evi Jerry, an international top model and finalist in beauty contests representing Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Evi Jerry's multifaceted career spans the glamorous world of fashion and the deeply insightful realm of psychology. She shares her most memorable moments, significant achievements, and the unique challenges she faces in both industries. Let us explore how she balances her professional endeavors with personal growth and well-being.

Q: Evi Jerry, you are an international top model and a finalist in beauty contests, where you represented Switzerland and Liechtenstein. What are your most memorable moments from your fashion career? What achievements do you consider the most significant? What are the main challenges you see in the modern fashion industry and how do you overcome them?

A: The world of fashion is a beautiful, bright, and sparkling world. It’s like a fairy tale in everyday life, and every competition, every trip, and every photo shoot is a separate story memorable for life. Of course, the most memorable moments are those on the stage in front of a large audience, when I understand how many people are looking at me, and it takes my breath away. Also, jury decisions at beauty contests are very tense and exciting moments.

Many years ago, I decided to leave the world of fashion and beauty forever. Quite by accident and unexpectedly for myself, 2 years ago, I returned to this world. Probably my greatest achievement, which I would like to note, is my appearance in wonderful, impeccable form on stage and in front of the cameras after a 15-year break. At the moment, I think that all the greatest achievements are still ahead, and the best is yet to come.

The fashion world is very demanding and can sometimes even seem cruel. To overcome every challenge, it is very important for me in any situation to remember who I am, to be unique and not repeatable. Remember that there is no one else like me, and this is my strength. It is very important for me to believe in myself, no matter what defeats I have to endure, to work on my perfect appearance and inner world, and always, no matter what, move on with my head held high.

Q: What is included to your weekly exercise program and how do you choose activity?

A: I’m a

Q: You received education as a psychologist, and this area is as important in your life as fashion. How do you combine these two areas? Do they influence each other?

A: At first glance, it may seem that these two areas of activity are completely incompatible because they are so different. But in fact, in my life, they greatly influence each other and even complement each other. I am a very empathetic person and have a deep understanding of my clients’ problems. I am focused on 100-percent successful results and intensively seek solutions to the problems of people who trust me. In difficult and sometimes seemingly hopeless situations of my clients, I realize and remember that this situation is only one side of life; it is not the end, and there is another, bright and sparkling part of life. All we need to do is change the perspective of the view and direction, and this awareness helps me look for the right problem solutions.

As for the fashion industry, I am in close contact with different types of people (photographers, models, managers, etc.), and sometimes these are not very simple people, and of course, everyone has their own character (sometimes not very easy :)). Knowledge of human psychology very often helps me to avoid conflict situations.

a big sport lover since childhood. I got my first personal trainer when I was 16. And it really changed my life for better.

Like I mentioned earlier I do sport once a day. During the week it is usually do 30-40 mins gym exercises, 15-20 mins of any cardio, stretching, and then working with weights. I love when women body looks natural, with emphasized natural shapes. That’s why I choose weights in the gym that allow my body to look naturally shaped, but not over-pumped.

Also I do a lot of hiking, beach running, horse riding, tennis, heels dancing, Pilates, mountain biking, Yin Yoga with Sound Healing. Also I do love playing golf at least few times a month.

Every morning when I get up, I asked myself and my body what kind of activity I would like to have today, and based on my feelings and schedule I pick the activities.

Q: Tell us about your approaches to working with teenagers. What methods do you find most effective when working with this audience?

A: Teenagers, or as I like to call them – young adults – are one of the most difficult audiences, but they are my favorite target audience. When communicating with teenage children, the most important thing is to take into account the characteristics of their age and try to interact constructively with them. Any form of communication in the form of orders, commands, threats, or moralizing repels the teenager, causing them to close off and withdraw into themselves. The very first and most important stage is building trust. Sometimes, a lot of time may pass before the child begins to trust, but if this stage is completed successfully, further communication will take place in an easy, friendly manner. It is important to understand the child’s motives and their point of view, find out what exactly the problem is in their opinion, and, based on the information received, plan a win-win strategy for the situation.

Q: You work with energies and are a parapsychologist. How do you use this knowledge in practice? Can you give examples of miraculous relief of clients from problems with your help that you especially remember?

A: In fact, I put my knowledge into practice almost every day, even in my everyday life, not only when working with clients. 🙂 I can very quickly, within the first few minutes of communicating with a person, create an energy portrait for myself and even identify their problems. Parapsychology is a very interesting science, which has no boundaries and can be studied as infinitum. Miraculous relief of clients from problems with my help happens regularly, but this is not magic or witchcraft that happens in one day. As a rule, the more complex and deeper the problem, the more serious and longer the treatment and contact with the client is required.

The most memorable cases include a teenage girl with suicidal thoughts, who used to cut herself and did not love herself. Now, this young lady is a leader in her circle and a recognized beauty in her school. There are also several cases of adults who got rid of terrible long-term addiction and suicidal depression and now live completely different, new lives. I can add that it is absolutely possible to get rid of any problem. All that is needed is the right approach, the client’s personal desire, and an individual strategy.

Q: Your job requires constant communication with people. You help a lot and give a lot. How do you replenish your energy reserves? How do you maintain a balance between your professional and personal life?

A: Restoring energy and maintaining a healthy energy balance is necessary for any person, especially those who work with other people. Sometimes I feel empty not only after my consultations with clients but also after modeling, photo shoots, and long trips. Communication with nature and time that I devote only to myself helps me a lot to restore my strength and energy supply.

My most effective methods, in addition to healthy eating and healthy sleep (which are the main guarantees of excellent well-being), are morning meditations, various spiritual practices (such as silent practice), walks in the fresh air (ideally in the forest), a lot of exercise in the gym, sports, swimming, and reading. If I don’t let myself burn out and restore my energy reserves in time, then the balance between my professional and personal life will not be disrupted.
