From Couture to Consulting: The Story of Alena Brama and Aichi Atelier

When Alena Brama launched her women’s clothing brand Aichi Atelier in 2016, she wasn’t simply making clothes — she was crafting experiences. Her philosophy was simple yet bold: fashion should be as unique as the women who wear it.

Unlike mass-market brands that flood the shelves with identical pieces, Aichi Atelier specialized in exclusive drops, high-quality fabrics and custom tailoring. The collections were not only shown at fashion events but also offered for purchase immediately after runway presentations — an innovative model that turned shows into direct sales opportunities.

“I wanted every client to feel that what she wore was made just for her — something no one else in the room could have,” Alena recalls.

Her approach quickly drew attention. Collections were featured in fashion shows and beauty contests, where contestants and high-profile clients embraced her pieces. Orders poured in, sometimes so many that processing took up to ten business days. Clients came not just for the clothes but for the luxury service and personal touch that made them feel seen and valued.

But for Alena, Aichi Atelier was more than a brand — it was a laboratory of entrepreneurship. Running every aspect of the business — from design and production to marketing and logistics — gave her a deep understanding of what it takes to grow a company from the ground up.

After years of building her own brand, Alena realised she had developed a rare combination: creative vision, business strategy, and digital marketing expertise. This set her on a new path — helping other entrepreneurs.

Today, as a business consultant, she leverages her experience in fashion and IT-driven marketing to guide small and medium-sized businesses. Her focus: helping founders find their unique voice, position themselves in crowded markets, and adopt smart digital tools to scale.

“Fashion taught me that differentiation is everything,” she says. “Now, I use that same principle in consulting — showing businesses how to stand out, how to create value that’s impossible to ignore.”

From couture runways to boardrooms, Alena’s journey proves that entrepreneurship is not just about building a product, but about creating impact. And whether through a perfectly tailored dress or a growth strategy for an emerging startup, she remains committed to the same mission: turning vision into reality.
